I was in so much pain emotionally, had it not been for the fact that I am a mother to two fantastic boys, I would’ve ended my life. Before this boot camp I had a broken 8-track in my head that constantly played self-doubt, fear, regret and negative thoughts. I suffered majorly from You-Phobia, the ridiculous and absurd fear of being yourself when you let others opinions of you matter more than what I think of yourself! I was afraid to trust myself.
